9/11 Trial: Lottery of the goats

'Total progressive pulverization' of towers and equally terminal 'thermally expended regression' of WTC 7 marked the September 11th instantly coining such memorable phrases as 'you can break the laws, but you cannot break the laws of physics'. Once the logic behind such say is accepted there is really no turning back, on contrary, every conscious being that was torn by ferocity of the attacks to be drawn in the 'age of fear and terror' should consistently insist on disclosure of the real culprits who were ready to mass murder more than three thousand people just to embark towards mass murder of hundreds of thousands of people. There is simply no 'grand end' that would justify such mean means and one would have to be master of naïveté to think that those who abolished freedom from fear and who installed Patriot Act on pretence and who took the 1st amendment from the members of mainstream media.., did it all for the good of the all.

One would have to be master of naïveté to think they can change or will to change
their greedy, treasonous and murderous ways.

That said, those of us who are watching the latest developments 'here from reality' are bound to have same eerie feeling the 'mad king' in Serpico had, as the empire that 'poisoned the well' gives its best to force the worldwide populace into taking another sip from tainted source, striving hard to perpetuate the idea that it can
'create reality' of its own choosing.

Here in reality, as the alleged 9/11 mastermind and his merry bunch are brought to court we will have to watch another chapter of the sickening play, and if president Obama is right in his
'contempt of court', the drama will end up in same deceitful and poorly scripted manner in which it began.

12 Monkeys and Swine flu: Warning shot

Recently, a 'second service' medicine caused fury in Germany, furious, countries chairman of the Drug Commission of the Medical Association called the whole 12 Monkeys swine flu business for what it is. It is scandal he said to Spiegel, 'the health authorities have fallen for a campaign from the pharmaceutical companies, who simply want to earn money with an alleged threat'.

On the others side of the pond and around the same time, a group of conspiracy theorists (medical workers, if you must) took legal action to prevent inoculation program in
New York City. In their usual outlandish manner, concpiracistas claimed that "the FDA did not do the proper testing to show safety and efficacy of this vaccine'. AFP report shows that suit was brought on behalf of group of conspiracy nuts, evil succubus's and other mental individuals.

Earlier, non other than Tamiflu developer disclosed the size of his tin foil hat alleging that mutation of the virus may be unnatural, earning the response of WHO, who stated it will look into claim. It did not, but who cares, after all WHO has other worries, since the multitude of international bodies stood up to prevent the extortion and fraud, considering more than solid grounds of lawsuit brought by 'queen of insanity' Jane Bürgermeister, Austrian journalist that 'filed criminal charges in Austria against Baxter and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology for producing and distributing contaminated bird flu vaccine material this winter, alleging that this was a deliberate act to cause a pandemic, and also to profit from that pandemic.'

Now that you know a bit more about deranged individuals who have nothing better to do but to risk their carriers and lives to disturb your being for your own wellbeing, make sure not to learn anything else about such things as adjuvant which come with vaccines. Be absolutely certain to forget all about history and no matter what you do, don't let the thought about Donald Rumsfeld creep to your mind. As German government showed by ordering enough of the 'medicine' to inoculate the whole country twice, and as other countries who bought 'medicine' that is yet to be approved showed, we need to bow down to these 'known unknown' forces, even if it makes us ill. Please, spare no expanse to enter that line, be sure to buy artificially sweetened soft drink while your at it, and do remember, adjuvant or not, all you're getting is warning shot.

Another hardly needed stunt of Geert Wilders

Dutch politician Geert Wilders, whose stance on Islam awarded him with controversy, has finally placed his foot onto Britain, a step which was denied for eight months because of official worries that his presence 'would threaten community harmony and therefore public security.'

Mr. Wilders fueled debate about perceived (not necessarily substantiated) religious and cultural 'clash of civilizations' through his comparison of Quran to Mein Kampf, depicted in movie Fitna which attempted to fuel angry response from Muslim communities worldwide. Attempt fizzled; showing that 'fundamental base' of religious hatred is narrow and often overstated regardless of 'the camp'.

Estimate was confirmed upon Mr. Wilders arrival at Westminster where extraordinary stage was set. British media reports of a 'welcoming' group of young Muslims whose number was 'shadowed' by the members of the press. The group of about forty protestors carried signs emitting such messages as 'Sharia for the Netherlands' and 'Islam will be superior', statements which happen to precisely underline the very fears so often expressed by the leader of the Party for Freedom. Although it may not be in plain sight, the whole charade accompanying Mr. Wilders visit to United Kingdom can easily be summarized in the same manner as his previous virulent efforts. May freedom of speech be cherished, but we just had another in line of his hardly needed publicity stunts.

Supreme rule: Voices of New Yorker's are 'irrelevant'

Justice Edward Lehner of the State Supreme Court rejected the call for new investigation of 9/11 attacks put forth by the citizens of New York.

In decision announced on Friday, City of New York dismissed the voice of its citizens as 'irrelevant'.

New York Coalition (NYC CAN) for Accountability which gathered 30,000 signatures needed to put the question on November 3 ballot reflected on judge's decision with dismay.

'On a dark day for democracy, the patriotic call for answers by hundreds of 9/11 families, first responders and survivors has been stifled, and the will of the people of New York City once again denied,' NYC CAN writes.

'Coalition' announced appeal to the decision, weighing how it's still possible to meet November deadline. If they manage to place the question on ballot, broader number of New Yorkers will be offered opportunity to reflect upon the need for new investigation of 9/11 attacks.

Unanswered questions of September 11th
(often libelled with label of conspiracy theories) are taboo topic in US mainstream media.

In press release issued on Saturday NYC CAN states, 'regardless of the outcome, this is but the beginning of the fight'.

Entrepreneur Larry Silverstein 'had enough'

Entrepreneur Larry Silverstein lost his bid for more billions as the judge for the U.S. Southern District ruled 'he had enough'.

Via suit filed in 2004 Silverstein sought damages worth $12.8 billion from airlines and security firms caught in the September 11th
attacks, initial settlements were reached with fast pace, and part of the insurers agreed to pay $4.55 billion the very same year.

Crain's New York Business
reported on Wednesday that after eight years U.S. Southern District Court reached the verdict about unsettled claims.

Last week judge ruled that Silverstein already overreached his allowances, thus offsetting further damages his company sought from the airlines.

In months before 9/11 'bulls' had extraordinary run, they've bided big bucks to lease money eating-asbestos infected
World Trade Center complex from Port Authority.

Leisure suit Larry won the bid after chipping in with his own 14 millions, final submission exceeded $3.2 billion.

As history unfolds, and as Mr. Silverstein reviews signed contracts, he is about to discover the universal policy he missed.

'One way or another, those who invested in murder will pay'.

Ghostly visage of Usama bin Laden

Gerald Feierstein, US 'missionary' for Pakistan recently repeated the statement that 'ghostly visage' of Usama bin Laden was eluding the justice in tribal regions of Pakistan.

'Osama is present in Pakistan. The command system of Taliban is based in Quetta and they are launching their activities from the suburbs of the city,' Feierstein told the reporters in India on Thursday which marked the beginning of this month.

Feierstein estimated that Usama's forge of terror is 'significantly limited', point well made, especially if the remarks of late Benazir Bhutto about his murder are accurate.

US State Department spokesperson Ian Kelly perpetuated assertion today, 'most of the terrorists responsible for 9/11 attacks have entered into Pakistan from Afghanistan', he said to reporters during the regular briefing, reigniting the worries surrounding those self-proclaimed masterminds that are already in military detention.

Meanwhile, officials in
Pakistan are asking US administrate to share the evidence they have about possible whereabouts of their allegedly rogue asset Tim Osman who had strike the nerve with his initial response to 9/11 attacks.

'The
U.S. government has consistently blamed me for being behind every occasion its enemies attack it.., I would like to assure the world that I did not plan the recent attacks, which seems to have been planned by people for personal reasons,' Osman bin Laden said in a statement issued to Al Jazeera.

This stance was reaffirmed in later interviews, but then Pentagon came along and provided some heavily disputed confession tapes, spin was so strong that even hushed and not as free as they would like to be members of MSM felt the need to raise some well founded, some serious questions.

Most recent of these surfaced on 9/11 memorial in article that asked:
Has Osama Bin Laden been dead for seven years - and are the U.S. and Britain covering it up to continue war on terror?

NORAD lied to 9/11 Commission, Congress and American public

Fighting dementia… fragments of memory.

'…but what I find much more shocking and alarming were repeated and catastrophic failures of the leaders in charge and other people responsible to do their jobs.'

'…and then they failed to tell us the truth later.'

'yet the NORAD's public chronology on 9/18/01 and the Commission testimony 20 months later covered up those truths, they lied to the American people, they lied to Congress and they lied to your 9/11 Commission,'

'In the walls of the cubicle there were three orifices. To the right of the speakwrite, a small pneumatic tube for written messages, to the left, a larger one for newspapers; and in the side wall, within easy reach of Winston's arm, a large oblong slit protected by a wire grating. This last was for the disposal of waste paper. Similar slits existed in thousands or tens of thousands throughout the building, not only in every room but at short intervals in every corridor. For some reason they were nicknamed memory holes. When one knew that any document was due for destruction, or even when one saw a scrap of waste paper lying about, it was an automatic action to lift the flap of the nearest memory hole and drop it in, whereupon it would be whirled away on a current of warm air to the enormous furnaces which were hidden somewhere in the recesses of the building.' – 1984

'Dissmissal on grounds of torture'

Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) reported existence of video and audio tapes which have recorded 'coercive interrogation techniques' experienced by Mohamed al-Kahtani.

Alleged member of al-Qaeda known as '20th hijacker' was subject of
guidelines and methods implemented, approved and supervised by former US Secretary and worldwide sought criminal Donald Rumsfeld with knowledge and support of Guantánamo commanding officer, Major General Geoffrey Miller.

In October 5th
press release CCR expressed bitter disbelief for the fact that government failed to disclose existence of the tapes in seven years.

'The government’s interrogation of him has been the topic of multiple military, Justice Department and congressional investigations. These tapes should have been acknowledged long ago,' said CCR Attorney Gitanjali S. Gutierrez.

'Non-prosecutable'

Charges against al-Kahtani were dropped on May 12, 2008, although there was no official explanation for dismissal, reason was summarized by Susan J. Crawford, 'convening authority of military commissions' with mission to review practices in Guantánamo.

'We tortured [Mohammed al-]Kahtani,' she said during the
interview  with Washington Post's Bob Woodward.

Crawford dismissed the case without prejudice, leaving the room for prosecutors to reinstate and re-swear the charges on later date.

No 'credible' suspect left

Existence of long sought interrogation tapes serve as reminder about common denominator of suspects for 9/11 attacks. In 2007 CIA admitted cover up and destruction of visual evidence concerning torture of alleged conspirators Zacarias Moussaoui and Abu Zubaydah.

On June 15, 2009 Agency released 'highly redacted' transcripts made during Combatant Status Review Tribunal. Disclosed information provides some insight into possible nature of destroyed tapes.

'After a few months went by, during which I almost lost my mind and my life, they made sure I didn't die, - Zubaydah testified, adding that he 'nearly died four times' and claiming that abuse 'helped' interrogators to conclude how he is not high ranking al-Qaeda operative they've believed to have in custody.

Lack of suspects not compromised by torture becomes more apparent with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, self-proclaimed 'mastermind' of 9/11 attacks whose 'lack of creativity' (and credibility) was questioned by both, mainstream media and alleged co-conspirators Abu Zubaydah and Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri. In March 2007, Sheikh Mohammed took responsibility, 'I was responsible for the 9/11 operation from A to Z,' he wrote in statement issued around the same time as he stood in front of the 'Tribunal' sharing another confession.

'I make up stories,'
he said.

Details about unearthed tapes and 'coercive interrogation tactics' al-Kahtani endured are provided in
CRC press release.

FOIA: Fulfillment of 'forgotten role'

You can say a lot about employee if you keep an eye on his first working day efforts, and so there was comfort to be seen, for the first act of the Renegade was the fulfillment of the oath, it was the true act of change.

History has shown that, apart from occasional rupture, FOIA Vault was sealed during the Trailblazers blaze; information was not merely withheld, it was thrown into oblivion. Administrate used each and every mean to deny the requests, the Freedom of Information was so suppressed that we have an outstanding backlog and people, or rather public, which is still waiting after all these years (pdf). As a matter of fact, Summary of Annual FOIA Reports for 2008 shows that out 'of the fifteen federal departments, six reported that their oldest request dated from the 1990', in one case, DOD has not made a decision about disclosure since December 1, 1992. Similarly, CIA has a case pending from May 1, 1992, while the reactions to the administrative appeals have same, poor record.

'Servants of the public'

Presidential Memorandum of January 21, 2009, Attorney General's Memorandum on the Freedom of Information Act and resulting 2009 Edition of the Department of Justice Guide to the Freedom of Information Act together constitute remarkable frame for transparent and open government.

First of the mentioned documents doesn’t just ask for proactive and 'unprovoked' disclosure of information, it also reminds about the 'forgotten role' of administrate, for administrate is here to serve the public, to obey and heed upon the will of the electorate.

Presumption of disclosure is made clear by the President Obama who states 'that agencies should take affirmative steps to make information public. They should not wait for specific requests from the public. All agencies should use modern technology to inform citizens about what is known and done by their Government. Disclosure should be timely.'

Rupture

Did agencies and departments took notice and accepted the change in policy? Is the sought proactive disclosure via modern technology discernible? Indeed it is, rupture is there to be seen, although with slow pace, all sort of disturbing information is finding its way out of the 'dark Vault'. However, most noticeable destinations for examination of the first steps in new course are not official resorts, but such contemporary depositories as 'Scribd', where one can perceive that there is more than 'few good men' who are acting upon presidential directives.

Number of documents which recently surfaced to offer insights in inner works of certain agencies is encouraging, to say the least. Further more, some of the information provided about such historical events as the omission and 'stonewalling' of the 9/11 Commission were clearly not sought, but provided pro bono and with transparency on mind.

In future, this blog will carefully examine and explore many of the documents which surfaced just to be missed by the blinded eye of the mainstream media.

Stay tuned.

Endgame

September 11th 2001

There was a tachyonic buzz in antitelephone, it started.., fear, shock and awe - all around the torn Gaia.

Freedom from fear abolished, terror abound.

Seven billion stars shimmered, whispering about universal diversity, deities silent, startled by the trinity of Deimos, Phobos and Mars.

The chickens will not lay eggs and eggs will not turn into chickens. There will be lack of water on water world.

Administrators cheered in the dark, thoughtcrime is instigated.

In the Gardens of Eden AO took notice, the speechless world is dialing emergency number, voices are heard.

And the whirlwind is in the thorn tree.
